Congregate Meals are served from 11:30am to 12:30pm, Monday through Friday
Our Nutrition Program provides well-balanced, delicious lunches Monday thru Friday from 11:30am until 12:30pm. ToGo lunches are available for distribution at 12:00pm, Monday through Friday.
WASI lunches offer a choice between two meal options. Guests may select the main meal, which includes an entrée, side dish, and vegetables, or choose the alternative meal, featuring a chicken breast with a side dish and vegetables. Milk or juice is available daily. Meals are a suggested donation of $6.00 for anyone 60 and over, and a flat fee of $10.00 for anyone under 60.
For homebound seniors, our Meals on Wheels program delivers hot, delicious meals, helping us to ensure that no senior goes hungry. Good nutrition helps individuals to remain in their own home and living independently for as long as possible.

WASI Mid-Valley Adult Day Services (ADS)
WASI Mid-Valley Adult Day Services (ADS) provides a nonclinical program, structured and comprehensive, with a variety of health, social, and related supportive services in a protective setting.
ADS provides services to adults who are physically frail or face the challenges of Alzheimer’s dementia, a developmental disability, or brain trauma.
WASI Mid-Valley Adult Day Service can help develop an individual care plan and provide activities specifically designed for the participant.
