Nutrition Program

The Nutrition Program provides well-balanced, delicious lunches Monday through Friday from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm.  Meals are served at the Wasilla Senior Center 1301 S. Century Circle and the Mid-Valley Senior Center 11975 W. Mid Valley Way in Houston. 

For homebound seniors, our Meals on Wheels program delivers hot, delicious meals, helping us to ensure that no senior goes hungry.  Good nutrition helps individuals to remain in their own home and living independently for as long as possible.
