Senior Housing

Wasilla Area Senior Housing consists of five apartment buildings in Wasilla for those aged 62 and older: Knik Manor, Raven Tree Court, Alder View, Susitna Place, and Eagle’s Nest. There are also two apartment buildings in Wasilla for those aged 55 and older: Willow House and Aspen House. Seven buildings, nestled on a beautiful, well-maintained 10-acre campus, collectively house 208 units. We also have a building in Houston, Alaska, adjacent to the Mid-Valley Senior Center, also for residents aged 62 and older. Each of these buildings has a common area to enjoy games, puzzles, reading, or TV. Surrounding the housing complexes are large grassy areas and common gardens and greenhouses. Our Wasilla campus includes a picnic pavilion complete with a gas grill and gazebo-covered seating. All our housing consists of both market rate and income-based senior housing units with accessibility features.
